Join Hai Tran on an insider’s Culinary Tour of Vietnam. This trip is for people who share a passion for travel and food, for markets and kitchens,alleys and waterways… We cover all of Vietnam’s main attractions from north to south and sample various local cuisines at a variety of Hai’s favourite restaurants, street stalls, markets and cooking schools. Participants will also appreciate the quality and charm of the accommodation we have selected, all centrally located hotels with private western style bathrooms and airconditioning. All road travel is in comfortable mini buses. There are two domestic flights and a boat journey along the Mekong and at Halong Bay.
